Parade: Well done to all our participants in the St. Patrick’s Parade last Saturday and thank you to Newport Boys National school for naming our mascot "Mighty Ash Man" and to Pa Ryan for doing the honours on the day. We were delighted to have received ‘best Club ‘. Thank you, Melissa Ryan, for all your hard work.

Scór na bPáistí: What a week-end it was for our young competitors in Scór na bPáistí. First up, we had the 'B' Final in Borrisoleigh last Friday Night, where Martin McCabe emerged victorious in the Recitation and our instrumental music Group of Aoife Mc Namara, Clara Noonan, Ronan Fitzpatrick, Eamon Coffey and Leah Wixted won their category. Despite a fantastic performance on the night, our Ballad Group of James Tobin, Daniae Ryan, Brian Tobin and Keith Hogan are not progressing to the County Final,
In the 'A' Final last Sunday, hosted in the Community Centre Newport, our Ballad Group (Eimear Raddie, Aoife Mellerick, Kate Finucane and Ava O'Malley), Sean Nós Dancing (Darragh Kennedy) and Quiz (Darragh Kennedy, Brian, James and Charlie Tobin) won their categories. The very best of luck to all those representing Newport and the North Division in the County Final in Cashel on Sunday the 25th of March.

All-Ireland Title: Congratulations to Cian Flanagan on receiving his second All-Ireland hurling medal when his team Atlantic Aviation/Molex won the All-Ireland interfirm title.

Minor: Our minor footballers got off to a good start in the North Championship with a win over Silvermines last Sunday. Final score Tulach Sheasta 2-08 Silvermines 0-08

Under 21: The under 21’s now turn their focus to hurling following their defeat by Upperchurch/Drombane in the County football semi-final last Saturday in Kilcommon. Final score Upperchurch 1-14 Tulach Sheasta 0-9.

Senior: The senior hurlers played the first round of the County leagues last Sunday and were defeated by Lorrha-Dorrha 1-18 to Tulach Sheasta 0-12.

Easter Camp: The annual 3' Day Easter Camp' is on from 3rd -5th April.
Registration will be on the first morning in the club house.
Price €30 each child & they will also receive a Sliotar + Football at the end of camp on day 3.

Sympathy: It was with great shock and sadness that the community learned of the sudden death of Cillian Ryan R.I.P. during the week. C.L.G Tulach Sheasta extend deepest sympathy to his heart-broken parents Richard and Mary, and to Cathal, Phelim, Eve, Grainne, Eamonn, Aoibhin and all of Cillian’s relatives and friends. Ar dheis lámh Dé go raibh a anam.
